Carol is professionally trained in Thriving Workplace Cultures™, is a Certified Dream Manager®, Intrinsic Coach®, & a Developing a Leadership Mindset Licensed Facilitator™. She specializes in working with organizations and the people in them to energize potential, purpose and action. Carol holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and 20+ years of working in people development, training and education, workplace wellness, public and mental health and building collaborative partnerships. She & her husband also owned Spader Business Management, a consulting & training firm for the past 22 years until recently selling to another company. Her passions revolve around faith, family (including 2 internationally adopted kids), horses, hiking, travel and salsa dancing. One of her “adventure” dreams is hiking the El Camino in Portugal which she’s on track to complete this year!
